    PASCO – The state Department of Fish and Wildlife is seeking public input on a review of whether to continue to list the Columbia Basin pygmy rabbit on the endangered species list.     REPUBLIC - Two residents have announced their candidacies for the 5th Congressional District seat being vacated by Rep. Cathy McMorris Rodgers.     OTHELLO – A three vehicle crash landed four Othello residents in the hospital Sunday afternoon, March 6. According to the Washington State Patrol, Myra L. Walter, 74; Evangelina Suarez, 35; and two juveniles were transported to an area hospital following the 5:46 p.m. crash on state Highway 17. Although they are public records, the Washington State Patrol failed to provide the names of the juveniles involved in the crash.
