    RITZVILLE – Westbound Interstate 90 traffic was slowed for more than four hours Sunday, April 9, following a two-vehicle crash. According to the Washington State Patrol, the crash occurred about 1:26 p.m. in the passing lane of the interstate when a vehicle and a U-Haul truck towing a boat and trailer collided.
