PASCO — An evening crash tonight, Jan. 24, at the intersection of U.S. Highway 12 and Sacajawea Park Road is under investigation. And charges may be pending in 5:25 p.m. crash that injured a Richland man, the Washington State Patrol reported. Henry E.
