TOPPENISH — A Pasco man was transported to a local hospital after the vehicle in which he was a passenger overturned Thursday evening, April 21. Jesus Barajas Arechiga, 33, of Pasco, was transported via ambulance after the 5:25 p.m. crash on U.S. Highway 97, according to the Washington State Patrol. The driver, Luis G.
