LYONS FERRY — Columbia Basin Dive Rescue recovered the body of a man who went missing after a fishing boat capsized on the Palouse River May 31. The dive rescue team, in partnership with the Franklin County Sheriff's Office, recovered the body of Rojello Saldana, 21, of Touchet, as well as the boat June 1. According to the Sheriff's Office, Saldana was fishing with another man and a woman in a boat on the Palouse River when a storm rolled in.
