    BASIN CITY - The second Freedom Rodeo returns to the arena Friday and Saturday, June 25 and 26, with two adult performances and a youth competition. The rodeo was the only one in Eastern Washington to buck Gov. Jay Inslee's coronavirus-related shutdown orders last year.   • Military, overseas ballots in mail

    PASCO — Primary election ballots for Franklin County voters living overseas or serving in the military have been mailed. The Franklin County Auditor's Auction announced the mailing Monday, June 21. The ballots are for the Aug. 3 primary election. The ballots are the first to go in the mail.
