    PASCO - Police are asking for the public's help in their investigation into a suspicious house fire. At about 3:30 p.m. Monday, June 28, a home at the corner of Sylvester Street and Road 56 was reported ablaze. Fire crews responded amid temperatures that soared above 100 degrees.     OTHELLO — A Kennewick man was taken to a hospital this morning after his vehicle struck debris and flipped along state Highway 17. Anthony D. Parrella, 35, was taken an area hospital following the 6:52 a.m. crash, the Washington State Patrol reported.
