    PASCO — Franklin County Auditor Matt Beaton is leading the fundraising effort among candidates seeking the county Commissioner District No. 1 seat.     WALLULA – State Highway 730 drivers can expect minor delays this week due to road construction. The state Department of Transportation and contractor crews will be installing a new virtual weigh-in motion system just west of the U.S. Highway 12 and state Highway 730 junction.
