BASIN CITY - Fire crews were dispatched to Sagehill Northwest about 12:30 a.m. today for a reported fire. Crews arriving on scene found a large structure burning as well as multiple hay stacks, according to Franklin County Sheriff's Office. Officials said the hay continued to smolder this morning. PASCO — A local woman was hospitalized Monday evening, July 20, after she crashed her car on Interstate 182. Emma Garcia-Chavez, 51, was eastbound on the interstate when her vehicle, a 2004 Nissan Sentra, left the roadway and struck an embankment at U.S. Highway 395, the Washington State Patrol reported.
