    PASCO - A local woman who had an arm amputated following an ATV crash over the weekend in McCall, Idaho, will undergo a skin graft on Wednesday morning. Mirza Michel is "struggling to keep her pain under control," friend Tierney Becho said today, Tuesday, July 28. A time for the graft has yet to be announced. Dean Russell Shelton, 50, is being held on an expected charge of second-degree burglary, police said.
