    WEST RICHLAND — A Pasco man was injured at 10:46 this morning, July 31, in a crash caused by another driver making an improper U-turn. Kevin W. DeHart, 43, of Pasco, was transported to a Richland hospital for treatment of his injuries, the Washington State Patrol reported.     HATTON – The southbound U.S. Highway 395 ramps connecting to state Highway 26 will be closed Monday at Tuesday, Aug. 3-4. According to the state Department of Transportation, the closure is due to a repaving project along Highway 395 from Lee Road in Adams County to the Franklin County line.   • Six-vehicle pileup closes Blue Bridge

    KENNEWICK — A six-vehicle pileup halted traffic across the Blue Bridge for several hours Thursday, July 30, leaving two people injured. According to the Washington State Patrol, Virgil L.
