WEST RICHLAND — A Pasco man was injured at 10:46 this morning, July 31, in a crash caused by another driver making an improper U-turn. Kevin W. DeHart, 43, of Pasco, was transported to a Richland hospital for treatment of his injuries, the Washington State Patrol reported. HATTON – The southbound U.S. Highway 395 ramps connecting to state Highway 26 will be closed Monday at Tuesday, Aug. 3-4. According to the state Department of Transportation, the closure is due to a repaving project along Highway 395 from Lee Road in Adams County to the Franklin County line. KENNEWICK — A six-vehicle pileup halted traffic across the Blue Bridge for several hours Thursday, July 30, leaving two people injured. According to the Washington State Patrol, Virgil L. Loveland, 73, of Hermiston, Ore., and Candelario V. Acosta, 47, of Pasco, were transported to a local hospital. They drove the first and fifth vehicles involved in the crash.
