PASCO - Another heat advisory has been issued for Franklin County. The new advisory runs from 11 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 3, to 11 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 4. PASCO — With only one day left in the primarily election, voter turnout appears low in Franklin County. As of today, Monday, Aug. 2, the Franklin County Auditor's Office had received only 5,533 ballots, according to the agency's website.
