    PASCO - Another heat advisory has been issued for Franklin County. The new advisory runs from 11 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 3, to 11 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 4. According to the National Weather Service, the temperature in Pasco is expected to hit about 103 on Tuesday and 101 on Wednesday, before cooling off to 93 degrees Thursday.     PASCO — With only one day left in the primarily election, voter turnout appears low in Franklin County. As of today, Monday, Aug. 2, the Franklin County Auditor's Office had received only 5,533 ballots, according to the agency's website. The Auditor's Office reported that's only about 13.85% of the registered voters in the county. On the ballot are two races — one for a Pasco City Council seat and one for a Pasco School Board seat.
