    Women’s basketball earns WBCA Honor ATLANTA, Ga. — In a season of historic success on the court, Eastern Washington women’s basketball maintained its elite level in the classroom.     WASHTUCNA — A petition seeking the release of Henry Bley from the Washington State Penitentiary was filed 127 years ago, regarding the infamous double-homicide of the Moritz brothers.
