    PASCO — A 58-year-old Kennewick woman was transported to a local hospital this morning, Sept. 14, following a 6:54 a.m. crash near Milepost 14 of Interstate 182. Yamila Chirino Romero was taken to the hospital after the vehicle in which she was a passenger was struck from behind, the Washington State Patrol reported.     MALDEN - Access to the Whitman County towns of Malden and Pine City continues to be restricted as crews continue to mop up Babb Fire hotspots.
