PASCO – The man charged with fatally stabbing a school bus driver in front of students last Friday remains in the Franklin County Jail held on $1 million bail. Smart, 17, of Pasco, was eastbound near Milepost 7 on Interstate 182 at 4:45 p.m. when he failed to slow for traffic, according to the Washington State Patrol.
