ELTOPIA — Two women were injured in a one-vehicle crash late Wednesday night, Oct. 12, on U.S. Higwhay 395. Tina M. Ohagan, 54, of Hayden, Idaho, and Tammy L. Byers, 49, of Spokane, were both transported to a Richland hospital, the Washington State Patrol reported. There conditions were not available. The crash occurred at 11:15 p.m. near Milepost 35, the patrol reported.
