    PASCO — Ballots in the Nov. 2 general election were mailed to registered voters last Tuesday, Oct. 12. Anyone who is not currently registered to vote in the state can register online at www.votewa.gov or by mail until Monday, Oct. 25th or in person until Tuesday, Nov. 2 at the Franklin County Auditor’s Office, 1016 N.     OLYMPIA — The state Fish and Wildlife Commission may implement new firearms restrictions and hunting closures when it meets virtually Oct. 21-22.   • Kennewick man injured in crash

    MESA — A Kennewick man was injured when his vehicle crashed into a guardrail and overturned Monday on state Highway 17 about 2 miles north of the city. Carlos H. Silva Morales, 40, was taken to a Pasco hospital for treatment of injuries he suffered in the 12:14 p.m. crash, the Washington State Patrol reported. Morales was southbound in a 1999 International truck when he lost control, hit a guardrail and overturned near Milepost 9, the patrol reported. He was wearing a seatbelt.
