PASCO — A local man was taken to a regional hospital this morning, Oct. 21, after his vehicle crossed the median and stopped in the opposite traffic lanes. Kelly W. Roberts, 60, was taken to the hospital after the 9:33 a.m. incident, the Washington State Patrol said. PASCO - The National Weather Service has issued a freeze warning for 1 a.m. to 9 a.m. Thursday morning. Temperatures are expected to drop to the low 20s overnight, the weather service said.
