PASCO — Nikki Torres holds a narrow lead over Leo A. Perales in the only contested City Council race in the Nov. 2 election. PASCO — At least one of the two contested Pasco School Board races appear to have been decided. The initial tally of Nov. 2 general election ballots shows Steven Christensen with an overwhelming lead over Cynthia Ledesma in the raced for the Position No. 3 at-large School Board seat.
