    BENTON CITY — A Pasco man was taken to a Richland hospital after an early morning crash today, Nov. 30, on state Highway 240, also known as the "Hanford Highway." Kyle A. Nation, 38, was westbound in his 2004 Chevrolet Trailblazer when he lost control of his vehicle at about 6:19 a.m., the Washington State Patrol reported.     ELTOPIA — Out of 32,000 boat inspections here along U.S. Highway 395 and in Spokane County, only 25 vessels were found to have invasive zebra and Quagga muscles. In addition to the mussels, Fish and Wildlife employees said they found invasive aquatic plants in 632 boats and standing water in 168 boats.     CONNELL — A local man was taken to a Pasco hospital this morning, Nov. 30, following a crash on an icy highway about 7:16 a.m. Antonio Garciamix, 46, was northbound on U.S. Highway 395 when he lost control of his 2005 Chevrolet Silverado about 4 miles north of the city, the Washington State Patrol reported.     TOPPENISH — A Pasco driver is being blamed with the injury of a cyclist on state Highway 22 a mile north of the city this morning. Robert A.     OLYMPIA — Gov. Jay Inslee unveiled a new cellphone-based coronavirus exposure notification system Monday. During an afternoon press conference, Inslee touted the new "WaNotify" application designed in corroboration with University of Washington, Google and Apple.
