    REARDAN - More than 70 small school coaches and educators are calling on the governor to allow them to resume sports post haste.     KENNEWICK — A 20-year-old Pasco woman was hospitalized earlier today, Dec. 15, after her vehicle struck a fence on U.S. Highway 397. Beverly K. Vallejo was transported to a Pasco hospital after her 3:32 p.m. crash at the intersection of Columbia Drive, the Washington State Patrol said.
