PASCO — A local woman was hospitalized Monday evening, July 20, after she crashed her car on Interstate 182.
Emma Garcia-Chavez, 51, was eastbound on the interstate when her vehicle, a 2004 Nissan Sentra, left the roadway and struck an embankment at U.S. Highway 395, the Washington State Patrol reported.
She was wearing a seatbelt and neither drugs nor alcohol are factors, the patrol said.
