Local woman runs off road

PASCO — A local woman was taken to an area hospital after her vehicle ran off the road Aug. 19.

Megan R. North, 36, was taken to Lourdes Hospital following the 11:08 a.m. incident, the Washington State Patrol said.

Her 2007 Hyundai Sonata was removed from the scene by Bradley's Towing.

The cause of the incident was an improper lane change, the patrol said, noting neither drugs nor alcohol were factors.
