Lot drawing set for Franklin County candidates

PASCO — The Franklin County Election's Department will host a lot drawing for the order of candidates names to appear on the 2023 primary ballot.

The drawing will take place at 11 a.m. Monday, May 22, in the Franklin County Courthouse, 1016 N. Fourth Ave.

The lot drawing applies to all offices that file with the Franklin County Auditor's Office; it is open to the public.

The primary election is set for Aug. 1.

The Top 2 candidates advance to the Nov. 7 general election.
